• He worked as researcher and adjudicater in studies of international multicentered randomised INTIME, OVERTURE, HERO-2, A to Z, MOONLIGHT, In Sync
• 1988-Cleveland Clinic
• 1985 – Assoc. Prof. of Cardiology
• 1995 – Professor of Cardiology
• He worked as lecturer in İstanbul Medical Faculty Cardiology Department until 2012 and he was in charge of catheterisation lab.
•  He became Internal Diseases Specialist in 1979 in İstanbul Medical Faculty and joined Cardiology Department.
• He finished İstanbul Medical Faculty in 1975 and continued his work here.
